Abstract
|
|
|
Nasoplaaryngeal angiofibroma is a comparatively rare tumor although it is most common benign tumor of the postnasal space.
The tumor is said to have a predilection for adolescent males, to be associated often. with sexual development and to be self-limiting. The tumor is extremely vascular, locally spacecccupying and nonencapsulated lesion.
This report represents the four cases of nasopharyns;eal angiofibrora which were surgically removed t´lrough the Modified Owen,s transpalatal approach at Dept. of Otolaryngology, Jeonbug National University Medical School from Mare 1980 to Feb. 1982.
